• Whenever a network or network security theme is the focus, you will be used - in consultations with our customers you will identify current challenges and address specific requirements.
• From these conversations, you develop tailor-made solutions based on our customer specifications, best practices and operational concepts together with customers and your team colleague.
• In projects you implement these solutions with our customers, focusing on LAN, WAN, WLAN, DNS/DHCP and firewalls.
• You also keep an eye on the latest technologies and developments - whether software-defined networking, cloud or AI - and make sure that our customers can rely on your broad knowledge at any time.
• In daily operation, you support the networks of our big customers at different locations and participate in the changing call readiness.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed training as a specialist:in system integration, a related IT field, alternatively a study in computer science, business informatics, computer science or a related IT field
• Multiannual network experience as a system engineer, ideally with profound understanding in the area of LAN (Cisco, Extreme), WLAN (Aruba) and DNS/DHCP (Infoblox) and firewalls (Checkpoint, Fortinet)
• Practical knowledge in handling large networks
• Certifications in the areas of Cisco, Infoblox, Aruba and Extreme are a big plus
• Very good German and English in word and writing
