Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Munich As a service technician (w/m/div.) you take over the maintenance and troubleshooting of complex systems (e.g. fire detection systems, intrusion detection systems, video systems, access control systems), which we tailor to our customer requirements. Thanks to your expertise in the field of computer science / network / electrical engineering, the configuration and parameterization of our systems are also in your hands: You can recognize deviations and correct if necessary. Of course, you also take over the technical support of our customers and leave no wishes here. You run your own small projects and always take into account all the safety regulations to be complied with. Our customers, service providers and internal project participants appreciate you as a competent contact person and accompany the technical personnel in technical questions. Last but not least, you create technical documentation and participate in the regional standby service.

Training: successfully completed training in electrical engineering or computer science or a comparable qualification. Experiences and know-how: Finding professional experience in the handling of orders with a focus on security technology, knowing about standards and guidelines (UVV, DIN, VDE, VdS), extensive IT and network skills desirable. Qualification: Class B licence. Personality and mode of operation: Self-employed, responsible and cost-conscious, our customers are at your first place. Languages: Very good German knowledge in word and writing.
