Platform Strategy & Governance: You continuously control and think the M365 platform (including teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and ensure compliance with all architecture, data protection and compliance standards. Product Ownership: You are responsible for the Product Backlog, the definition of User Stories, the planning of sprints and releases in agile processes and the development of the Collaboration Roadmap. Expertise & experience: A completed study with IT reference or equivalent qualification as well as at least five years relevant professional experience as Product Owner, Application Manager or Technical Project Manager (ideally focusing on M365). M365 expertise: deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform (teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) as well as IT security, data protection and governance. Methodology competence: Methodology competence in collaborative procedures and a pronounced user orientation. Experience with cloud, low code or AI topics are beneficial. Analysis & Structure: An analytical and structured approach to address and prioritize complex requirements and problems. Soft Skills: A strong communication capability for coordination with all stakeholders and secure stakeholder management. High responsibility and motivation. Language & readiness: Very good German knowledge (C1/ mother tongue) in word and writing as well as the readiness for on-site workshops or team events
