Guest Relations & Event Specialist / Employee Visitor Service (m/f/d)

You are the first point of contact for internal and external visitor requests. You coordinate dates and arrange for the smooth planning of operations, film shooting and events. You enter visitor groups independently in German and English and enthuse them to our company. You perform administrative tasks such as creating plans, statistics and reports. You represent our company to the outside and actively support the organization and implementation of various events. You will pack up at the Servicepoint and support your team in all tasks. You prepare event rooms and create the optimal framework conditions for meetings and events.

You are a real organizational talent, you like to work in the team and keep an overview even in stressful situations. With your friendly appearance, your good ways of handling and your pronounced service orientation, you will ensure a professional and warm welcome of our guests. You communicate safely and convincingly and convince with a sovereign and binding appearance. You have good general knowledge and ideally have intercultural experiences. You have very good English knowledge in word and writing. Other foreign languages are a plus. You work independently, pragmatically and flexibly and you are motivating new tasks. The safe handling of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is natural for you.
