Support the future of further education in the BKA – as product manager/product manager for the education system (BMS). You are responsible for your colleagues in the software application, you are a link between technicality and technology, and you participate in the continuous development of the system. You are part of a strong team that performs tasks independently and innovatively, develops new processes and thus makes a significant contribution to the reform processes in the field of education. Ensure a stable and user-friendly application and the continuous development of the BMS Coordination of cooperation with the software manufacturer and the BKA internal operation as well as planning and controlling of updates, patches and release changes in the system Advise the expertise of the educational centre in the imaging of processes and the use of the system Support in 2nd level support and coordination of 3rd level support with service providers BMS administration and concept work, e.g. user and rights management, data protection and IT security concepts, creation of reports, evaluations and templates as well as documentation of service review meetings and operations The willingness to design flexible working hours is assumed for the following reasons: Service trips within the framework of workshops with the manufacturer's company to coordinate the further task packages including the timetable of recording system-critical larger releases planable occasional: 2 – 3 a year Length of 1 – 2 days Country

Completed university studies of administrative informatics (Diplom [FH] or Bachelor) or comparable completed university studies from the STEM area with IT share or the corresponding comparable skills and experience, but at least a completed vocational training with IT equipment and an at least three-year professional experience in a corresponding profession with IT equipment

On top You have experiences in coordinating different stakeholders and in the user care of educational or comparable software products. You have an affinity for information and communication technology, a high degree of readiness and good cooperation and team-oriented action are of course for you. You work independently, innovatively and solution-oriented and have a sense of your customers' needs. It is easy to communicate complex content and technical connections in a comprehensible and specific to target groups. You take responsibility and ensure that your tasks are implemented in a timely manner. You are open to new technologies. Good cooperation and team-oriented action are of course for you.
