Strategy & Positioning: You analyze the market as well as the pain points of our target groups and develop crystal-clear, convincing core messages (Value Propositions) for our functions. Go-to-market & Launches: You define the marketing strategies for new features. To do this, you plan and arrange all necessary measures from marketing and sales to a coherent overall campaign. Content Creation & Enablement: You design and implement proactive promotional and educational content (e.g. videos, campaign sites, etc.) and implements projects with our Junior Marketing Manager. Customer Journey & Growth: You opt for the digital user experience and drive our product-driven growth. With smart automations and targeted content, you promote cross-selling and strengthen long-term customer loyalty. Conversion optimization: You are responsible for the strategic orientation of our website. By A/B testing and accurate messaging, you convert more visitors to qualified leads and help them to quickly recognize the value of our software. Leadership & Teamwork: You act as a central interface between performance marketing, product development and sales. As a strategic:r ''Architekt:in'' you control agencies and are mentor:in and Sparringspartner:in for our junior team members to actively promote them in their development.

Experience: You bring at least 3 years of sound professional experience in (B2B) online marketing, campaign management or marketing strategy. Strategic & creative mindset: You have a hand to translate complex products into simple, targeted and inspiring messages. User centering: You have a true passion for good products and the unconditional will to show the best value for the customers. Structure & Macher mentality: You work extremely organized, keep track of many parallel projects and can set priorities.
