Head of Building Services (m/f/d)

Ensure that everything is running: you ensure trouble-free operation of the entire building technology in our logistics center. Your coordinator is in demand: You take over the organization, control and monitoring of maintenance and repair work on domestic equipment and the timely planning and monitoring of recurring legal and administrative audits. Your team counts on you: You lead, motivate and promote the further development of your employees. Cooperation as a key to success: maintain and coordinate external service providers.

You have successfully completed a training in the field of mechatronics / electrical engineering. A further education to the technician/master or comparable technical studies complete your profile. You could already gain first professional experience in the field of maintenance in an industrial environment. Extensive sense of responsibility, communication strength and organizational ability as well as an independent way of working distinguish you. You master Google Workspace or MS Office and have worked with SAP applications at best. You have already been able to gain first experience in the management of the staff and are keen to further expand it with us.
