You run the Product Content and Photography team (4 people) professionally and disciplinaryly, secure a smooth run of the daily business and also pack yourself at work tips. You plan, prioritise and control the daily tasks and capacities in the studio so that product images are reliably, timely and consistently high quality. The focus of your role is not on creative design, but on the structured, efficient and standardized implementation of our product presentation. You use AI tools to make the creation and processing of product images and videos more efficient and ensure compliance with defined quality standards. In close cooperation with marketing and adjacent teams, you continuously optimize processes, throughput times and costs of content production and ensure smooth coordination.

Qualification: well-founded professional experience in studio management, in product and content production or in comparable activities in the e-commerce environment know-how: leadership experience and safe handling of popular photo and video tools, ideally also with AI-based applications; pronounced process understanding Personality and working methods: structured and quality-conscious way of working, hand-on mentality, and joy in prioritizing tasks, solving problems and self-handling Language: fluent German and good English skills
