Head of Support Management (m/w/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of support management Ensuring and promoting the satisfaction of our national and international customers Continuous development and optimization of customer service Control support processes under constant cost control and perform appropriate controlling measures Escalation management in the customer environment, possibly also on site at the customer Responsibility for the support infrastructure in the SaaS area and for ensuring a future-oriented orientation
