IT Specialist WMS – Focus on PSI Software (m/f/d)

In your new function, you can support our branches as well as our Operational Unit and Customer Unit for alerts, analyse requirements and actively participate in projects in the WMS environment. Through your stand-alone and analytical work, you will create the interface between customers, branches and IT. Central hub: You act as a competent interface between the operating units (Key User (w/m/d), the IT platform operation and external IT partners. Release Management: You are responsible for the professional delivery and implementation of software relays on test and productive systems. System Responsibility: You enter and optimize our WMS IT platform and ensure its availability in everyday logistics. Consultation: You advise our sites in implementing new requirements and, if necessary, assist in transferring them to precise user stories and test plans. Expertise and support: As a specialist contact person, you solve complex problems in the WMS environment. Proactive Troubleshooting: Together with the Key Users (w/m/d), you analyze error messages, perform configurations and permanently correct disturbances. Enabling: You support and support the Key User (w/m/d) at the locations through targeted coaching and support in the daily business. Quality assurance: You create understandable system documentation to ensure a uniform level of knowledge.

You have a degree or training in the logistics environment or have a comparable practical qualification. You bring well-founded professional experience in a comparable function and have a very good understanding of the logistics business processes, especially in the warehouse environment. You have experience with WMS systems, especially regarding their configuration and support. You ideally have knowledge of PSIwms. You are interested in IT and bring a good analytical understanding. You have communication skills, especially in your function as an interface between specialist and IT, and you like to work both in the team and independently. You have good English skills in word and writing.
