Your tasks as object manager / section manager / customer manager

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and agreed cleaning quality in your area of responsibility in Ulm
• Planning and coordination of personnel and operational quality assurance
• Motivation, support and further development of your employees in everyday work
• Trustful cooperation with customers, external service providers and internal interfaces
• Economic management of your area – from budget responsibility to resource planning
• Optimization of cleaning processes, material use and technology in terms of efficiency and quality
• recording and testing of working hours and preparation of wage billing

Your profile

• Multiannual professional experience in building cleaning or similar position
• Successfully completed training in building cleaning or housekeeping desirable
• Organized and reliable personality with a strong communication and planning talent
• Safe, professional appearance in dealing with customers and employees
• Class B driving licence
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
