In our social-paediatric specialist clinic directly on the Baltic Sea, we accompany children and young people with special support needs on their individual path. Our work is medically demanding, humanly close and shaped by real team work. Your area of responsibility:

• They provide and support children and young people with special support needs empathically and everyday-oriented.
• You take care of the professional administration of medicines by medical order.
• They perform wound management and support in dealing with nutritional probes.
• They monitor vital parameters using monitoring systems.
• They accompany the use and adaptation of medical devices.
• They provide professional initial care in medical emergencies, including epileptic seizures.
• They work closely with the nursing and educational station team and the therapist pool.

Take this with you:

• A completed training as a nurse, health and (children)career:in or comparable qualification.
• Joy in working with children, young people and their families.
• empathy, patience and an appreciation of people in challenging situations of life.
• Loadability, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
• Ideally experience with chronic and neuropaediatric diseases, for example developmental disorders, congenital malformations, genetic diseases, cerebral paresis, complex multiple disabilities or epilepsy.
