Operating Technician - Fault Diagnosis / Repairs / Maintenance (m/f/d)

You will ensure the smooth operation of our research by diagnoseing electrical and electronic laboratory equipment, performing repairs, and taking on call in the team. You are responsible for the proactive maintenance and inspection of the entire building technology to ensure the maximum availability of our equipment and to minimize failures. You serve and monitor the central building technology systems via the building control technology and perform smaller installation work on electrical engineering systems. As a technical partner, you work closely with the scientific departments to clarify technical requirements and provide excellent service.

You have completed training in a technical or craft occupation, for example as an electrician:in, plant mechanic:in or in a comparable field. You already have professional experience in the care and construction of technical equipment. You are well aware of the maintenance of electrical systems as well as supply systems and ideally have a relevant certificate of expertise. Your work is independent and reliable, and at the same time you are a team player. You speak fluent German (C1 level) to ensure smooth communication in the team.
