HSE Manager Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Control and coordination of all HSE activities in the project – from preparation and awarding to the safe implementation of work at the construction site Consultation of project management and stakeholders, as well as communication in the HSE organisation of the client and customer and ensuring a uniform implementation of the safety requirements Monitoring of HSE standards through regular visits, inspections and audits as well as consistent follow-up of identified deviations Identification and assessment of risks and risks and the development of practical risk mitigation measures Implementation of HSE trainings, briefings and meetings to strengthen security awareness and prepare for safety-critical work Investigation of accidents and near accidents, coordination of emergency measures and exercises, and compilation of meaningful HSE reports and statistics for management

Completed technical training or completed studies in the field of civil engineering, safety engineering, environmental engineering or a comparable field Knowledge of German HSE regulations as well as relevant certifications and occupational safety management systems, in particular ISO 45001, SCL and AMS construction Extensive experience in occupational and health protection and the management of foreign companies, ideally in construction in projects of energy infrastructure or high-voltage environment Qualification as a specialist in occupational safety with current training at BG ETEM, BG BAU or a comparable institution Very good German knowledge driving licence class B
