Your tasks Control operating daily business: You are the first contact person for an international e-commerce customer and coordinate the entire order process chain in close coordination with key account, client and internal and external departments. System and process monitoring: You ensure the smooth functioning of all interfaces (SAP, Middleware, Transport) and monitor the process processes. Communication at eye level Direct exchange with clients and departments: national and international - in German and English language belongs to your everyday life. Reporting & Clarity Cases: You process enquiries about transport, wastewater and reporting and ensure transparent communication in the daily business. Analysis & Optimization: Creating performance and cost accounting as well as dashboards for the customer; active participation in IT solutions and process improvements (SAP S/4 Hana).

Your profile Funded training: completed commercial training or a comparable degree (e.g. Bachelor). Experience & expertise: Multiannual professional experience in international customer support, good understanding of order-to-cash processes and affinity for IT and logistics processes. Technical competence: Very good Excel knowledge and safe application of SAP S/4 (modules SD, MM, WM). Communication strength: flowing German and English skills as well as pronounced service orientation. Personal Skills: High learning ability, team skills, independent work and proactive approach.
