As a strategic head in our brand & cooperation partner, you actively promote the conceptual further development of central marketing and sales topics for the group of Sparda banks. Market and competition trends are always on track and develop forward-looking concepts. With analytical vision, you evaluate benchmarks as well as best practices, have relevant KPIs in mind, design smart reporting structures – and thus provide the expert foundation for smart decisions for area management, management and bodies. As an esteemed Sparrings partner, you meet the right sound across all hierarchical levels and accompany bodies, working groups and workshops competently and sovereignly. With a wide range of exchange formats, you can convince by your excellent professional pre- and post-processing and contribute to a transparent, comprehensible information exchange through your templates, documents, presentations and specialist concepts. In cross-departmental (partial) projects, you take the tax, keep all threads in hand – from initial planning to successful implementation of the member banks – skillfully and professionally integrate external service providers. Multiannual professional experience in the field of marketing & sales, ideally in a strategic-conceptional, control-oriented or connected function Deep sales know-how, in control, management and controlling Detectable experience in the structured management of (partial) projects or cross-disciplinary initiatives routine in the creation of management, board and committee documents Understanding cross-bank control logics and for different interests in cooperative structures Experience in dealing with regulatory requirements in the field of marketing and sales is a plus Ability to quickly penetrate complex topics, to structure them clearly and to prepare them for address Sovereign, binding and diplomatic communication behaviour, even in demanding voting and committee situations High level of self-responsibility, reliability and quality awareness Embossed interface competence and security in dealing with different hierarchical levels and interests Priority security and structured functioning, including in parallel issues and tight deadlines
