Lean expert in the field of production and logistics (m/f/d)

Lean Management & CVP: You carry out lean projects independently, develop standards and identify potential for improvement in processes, processes and procedures

Analysis & Control: You use economic indicators to evaluate, control and optimize processes

Interface function: You work closely with the production management, department managers and shopfloor teams and act as a link

Strategic development: You accompany transformation projects and actively contribute to the further development of our production strategy.

Change Management & Coaching: You support executives in implementing changes, moderate workshops and coach employees in lean and optimization topics.

You have completed vocational training or completed studies with reference to production

Multiannual practical experience in the application of Lean methods (e.g. 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Value Flow Analysis, Shopfloor Management)

Practical experience in managing and moderating lean projects

You have experience in the moderation and control of interdisciplinary teams

Knowledge of economic indicators and their application in the production environment

Experience in the application of Six Sigma and/or comparable QM methods

Trusts in handling ERP systems and digital data usage for process analysis

Strategic understanding of production processes and experience in cooperation with leadership and management levels

Ability to transfer complex strategic objectives into operational measures

High moderation competence, coaching mentality and a good sense of change processes

Embossed communication and team skills as well as a high degree of empathy – at all hierarchical levels

Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and a clear hand-on mentality

Diplomatic skill, safe occurrence, pronounced social competence, patience and endurance

Analytical thinking and the ability to argue data-based
