As Head of Development, you build the new team (3-5 employees) and perform this professionally and disciplinedly. They control and coordinate development projects for fire-fighting and special vehicles as well as the associated equipment, work closely with the product management to align development with market and customer needs, accompany experiments in close cooperation with the team attempts and evaluate the results.
