Control and manage construction sites Selection and coordination of external partners and service providers Responsibility for construction sites in operation Contact person on site – you hold all threads together Planning and implementing infrastructure projects Planning and control of construction, reconstruction and maintenance measures Focus on buildings, roads, media supply and location development Control of dates, costs and quality Work security – your most important topic Ensuring compliance with safety standards at all construction sites Organisation of approvals, risk assessments and protection measures Model for a strong security culture Organization and Responsibility acceptance and documentation of completed measures Leadership and development of a small team Close cooperation with production, maintenance and planning

Your profile – professionally strong, personally convincing: Technical training in the field of construction, crafts and maintenance (e.g. construction policy / foreman / master (m/w/d))) Multiannual experience in the construction site environment or facility management Experience in managing foreign companies Good network in the construction industry High self-responsibility, enforcement strength and organizational talent Clear attitude to work safety No study required – we count your practice and experience
