Operational order processing: You support us in the processing of order requirements, tracking orders and communication with our suppliers. Purchasing Controlling: In the collection and processing of purchasing codes (e.g. savings, purchasing volumes), you also perform meaningful evaluations in Excel or Power BI. Intranet design: You care and shape our SharePoint Intranet pages of the IT purchase and ensure that our content is up to date, understandable and user-friendly. Product Management: You keep our product catalog in the Self-Service portal as well as the supplier and contract data in our systems up-to-date and correct. Market research & offer comparisons: You perform price comparisons and market analyses for IT hardware and software and prepare decision templates for the purchasing team. Supply Chain Management: You support us in controlling and monitoring national and international supply chains, tracks delivery dates and status and help coordinate with our suppliers to ensure smooth supply of IT hardware and software.

DEIN PROFIL Studies: You study economics, natural sciences or communication sciences or a comparable degree course (study duration ideally still at least three semesters). Interest: You have an affinity on business topics and interest in IT hardware and software solutions. Practice: You have a secure handling of the MS Office package and have already collected first theoretical or practical points of contact with procurement processes, supplier management or supply chain management. Working: You have a high level of responsibility, reliability and commitment. AI competence: You are curious about artificial intelligence, use AI-based tools in your working day and build your skills step by step. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate safely.
