Is that your mission?

• Head of the area of law, insurance and real estate as well as corporate governance with a motivated and experienced team

• Contact person and advice on legal issues within a fully integrated urban development, in particular in contract and infrastructure law

• Preparation of the Supervisory Board meetings of the SWU companies and support of the bodies in matters of company law and commercial law

• Planning and coordination of internal audits

• Support for the horizontal issues of SWU companies

• Responsibility for corporate governance and promotion of a structured and regulatory organisation

• Compliance contact for all SWU companies

What you bring:

• Completed study of law with second state or comparable qualification

• Multiannual professional experience in a comparable management task

• Experience in the municipal sector of advantage, but not necessarily necessary, alternative experience from other regulated industries or companies with complex structures

• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as understanding of technical and economic relations

• Embossed communication and negotiation capabilities to convey complex issues and develop sustainable solutions

• Sovereign moderation of different interests and diplomatic skills for the best solutions
