You run your IT-Field service team professionally and disciplinefully and develop your team. You ensure smooth IT service processes in your regions and actively promote quality. You implement company standards and develop them together with us. You standardize processes for increasing efficiency. You control IT (partial) projects and make sure You are implemented as planned and successfully. You seamlessly integrate new locations into our existing IT service concept. You regularly tune with internal and external stakeholders and thus strengthen the service performance. You analyze KPIs, guide optimization measures and continuously improve service quality.

You have a completed (economic) informatics course or comparable training. You bring professional experience in IT administration and/or technical customer service – ideally in logistics – and have already gained leadership experience. You trade proactively and entrepreneurially and transform challenges into opportunities. You like to work in the team and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment. You go hand in hand with high work and find practical solutions. You're a technology affinist, working data-driven and meeting decisions in fact-based. You have a valid passenger ticket, are ready to travel and master German and English very well in word and writing.
