Then get yourself in: As a group leader of the Datacenter Operations team, you take on the technical and disciplinary responsibility of a dedicated team of System Engineers in the area of Datacenter Operations / System Management. You keep an overview of the Datacenter: You are responsible for the smooth operation of our data center. These include storage and server infrastructure, including our specialized mainframe systems. They are inspiring for a resilient IT operation: Your team will carry out the planning, monitoring and implementation of maintenance measures and upgrades in our data centers. The crisis management and the company-critical data backups are also part of your tasks. With your expertise, you will develop the area further: your team will work with other teams in an interdisciplinary manner, including the entire computer science as well as the security and facility management. You can also keep an overview of resource planning including budget responsibility and lifecycle management. The further development and life of processes will make you happy: Together with your team, you are driving forward the further development and implementation of processes & documentation. Your team also supports the incident, change and problem management in the Datacenter Operations area.

Education: You have successfully completed a (economic) computer science study or have a comparable training with corresponding professional experience. Experience: They have several years of professional and management experience in the management and operation of data centers. You could also gain experience in implementing and optimizing ITIL processes (e.g. incident, change and problem management). Knowledge: You have knowledge of managing datacenter infrastructures (servers, storage, networks). Personality: Empathic dealing with people is at your heart and you bring a pronounced, systematic and analytical approach. A quick understanding, strong persuasion and team skills as well as customer-oriented thinking complete their profile. You will also have fun in a challenging area of responsibility.
