POS Application Consultant - LS Retail (all genders)

As part of a long-term succession planning, we are looking for a POS Application Consultant (all genders) that actively contributes to the further development of our LS Central/LS retail landscape. In this key role, you gradually take responsibility for our company-wide POS system and profit from a structured integration and a sound knowledge transfer. As a key player for our retail stakeholders, you contribute significantly to the stability, development and sustainability of our system landscape.

Support and support of site and store managers, main funders as well as LS-central business partners and SAP-retail employees Further development and continuous optimization of our company-wide POS system Advising the fields of application of LS Central and identifying and implementing process improvements Administration of users and permissions as well as design and implementation of user training Monitoring of NAS services and jobs as well as analysis and processing of service desktop tickets Creation, maintenance and further development of system and process documentation

Completed IT training or professional experience in a comparable position Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail Experience in setup, configuration and support of LS hardware stations and Navision Application Servers (NAS) Know-how in the fields of system administration, performance optimization and authorization management Experience in the design and implementation of user training Good SQL identifiers (Microsoft SQL Server 2022 or later); Experience with reporting services and TSE and EFT solutions is beneficial Structured, independent mode of operation as well as pronounced service, communication and team orientation German language skills and good English skills (at least B2)
