Number: MER00049ME The Global Logistics department plans, develops and maintains, among other things, the IT (information technology) systems for the international supply of Mercedes-Benz passenger cars. Impressed by strong growth in international markets, new processes and IT (information technology) solutions are established worldwide for international locations. In an interesting environment, you work in the Project Management Office (PMO) in the planning, design, implementation, testing and rollout phase of IT (information technology) systems. Mainly you collect experiences in the product Global Supply System Plus (GSS+). In addition, you will get insights into further IT (information technology) for Supply Chain (IT4SC). Your tasks in detail: You take responsibility for onboarding new product members and help them successfully support the team from the first day You connect social and professional aspects and ensure compliance with the corporate guidelines You are the first respondent for product-relevant systems and permissions and assists the team in overcoming organizational and technical obstacles You support the appointment organization in key project areas, for example in the preparation of presentations, the invitation of project members as well as the moderation and logging of meetings You work with modern software solutions such as SAP Fiori, Microsoft SharePoint and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) You support the introduction and initial configuration of new software tools in the product environment You’re puggling and developing product-internal communication and supporting the care of organizational structures as well as role and process information You support the cooperation between IT (information technology) and specialist department and work closely with different stakeholders You participate in a dynamic and international team and support product-internal communication in German and English The activity can begin from January 2027.

Course in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Mathematics or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office High commitment and motivation Team skills Analytical way of thinking and a strategic way of working Good self-organization
