Lean Methods in Practice: As a Lean Coordinator (w/m/d), our teams support you in the introduction and application of Lean Construction – before, during and after the construction process. This ensures that processes run efficiently and smoothly. Cross-site cooperation: In active exchange with lean coordinators at other locations, share best practices and promote knowledge transfer in order to continuously develop the lean methods. Tactics with system: Tactics and logistics concepts develop yourself and actively accompany their implementation at the construction site. As a result, construction processes are targeted and planned. Continuous improvement process: Works in day-to-day business analyze exactly and drive process optimization at project level – focusing on time and cost security as well as sustainable improvements.

Top-education: With a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification, you set the basis for your successful work on the construction site. Professional experience: You bring multi-year project development experience with you and know exactly how construction processes run at the construction site. Lean-Expertise: Funded knowledge in Lean Construction, from cycle planning to Last Planner System (LPS) to continuous process optimization, apply specifically to make processes efficient. Tool Master: You navigate sovereignly through Dalux, iTWO, clocking, LCMD and MS Office to keep projects digitally on track. Soft-Skills-Power: With your analytical, solution-oriented way of working, high quality standards, communication strength and team capacity, you can bring projects to success every day.
