REFA Specialist - Time Management (m/f/d)

We are looking for a REFA specialist (m/w/d) - time management for our work preparation department.

Planning, implementation and evaluation of time studies and multi-moment recordings Determination of set-up and set-up times as the basis of the remuneration Development of optimization proposals for manufacturing and working processes Definition, determination and analysis of key figures and compilation of cost comparisons, including the coordination of necessary measures with production Active cooperation in projects in the area of responsibility (e.g. reorganisation and cost optimization projects) Creation of process schedules Creation of work plans and lists taking into account production costs

Senior Consultant (m/w/d), Senior Consultant (m/w/d) REFA training (e.g. REFA basic training, REFA processor (m/w/d) or a comparable or higher REFA qualification) Multiannual professional experience in REFA (forced required) Good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) Embossed business understanding Good analytical, organizational and communicative skills High social competence, team skills and persuasiveness
