Intern in the field of Recruiting & Employer Branding (m|f|d)

Support in application management gene, preselection and demand for application documents, appointment coordination of job interviews etc.) Coordination of recruiting training for executives (termination coordination with ex ternem Trainer & executives, invitation management, preparation, tracking, Evaluation etc.) Working in strategic HR projects, in particular to optimize our employer branding and recruiting strategy (creation of evaluations, reports & presentations) Preparation, planning and support of trade fair appearances

Studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing or a comparable degree course First practical experience in the HR environment desirable Representative initiative, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation High customer orientation in dealing with applicants and executives as well as careful and precise operation Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially very good knowledge in Power Point and Excel Good German and English skills in word and writing
