Ensuring effective functional separation within central treasury processes, in particular in cash management, payment and currency management Control, monitoring and administration of internal and external financing Participation in internal and external audits and support for compliance audits Participation in the further development and continuous optimization of the Treasury internal control system (IKS) Accompanying the management of bank guarantees over their entire lifecycle, including communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and external banking partners Participation in group-wide offset price initiatives at the interface between treasury and relevant specialist areas Active participation of transformation and optimization projects in the treasury, in particular as part of the introduction of ISO20022, SAP-related initiatives as well as the digitization and automation of processes Monitoring and analysis of bank fees including voting, reporting and identification and implementation of optimization potentials

Successfully completed studies of business management, economics or a comparable degree course, ideally focusing on financial or banking, alternatively a successfully completed commercial training in banking with relevant professional experience First practical experience in banking, treasury or financial environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Impressed ability and motivation to work on individual, structured, and with care in new and challenging topics Interest in project work and change processes, ideally first experiences in projects, for example in connection with ISO20022, SAP implementations or digitalization initiatives High affinity for innovative technologies and interest in using AI-based solutions specifically for the further development and optimization of processes and workflows Very good IT skills, especially in MS Office; Experiences with SAP S/4HANA are beneficial Embossed team and communication skills
