UX Designer (m/w/d) – limited for 2 years

You develop user-centric and intuitive solutions as well as concepts based on our existing design system and take into account the corporate philosophy of our management software. Use user experience and usability principles as well as common user research methods, guide user requirements and develop sound usage scenarios. Your task also includes the creation of Wireframes and interactive prototypes as well as their continuous development. In addition, you will bring your experience into user experience and usability reviews. With all your activities, you will keep in mind the different interests and needs of all target groups and promote a common understanding between the participants. The concepts you have worked out represent you confidently with relevant stakeholders.

You have completed your studies with a focus on user experience design, human-computer interaction, usability engineering or a comparable qualification. Multiannual relevant professional experience in the digital environment, in particular in the area of complex web applications, brings you as a UX designer:in or usability engineer. A high understanding of complex tasks in application development, as well as the ability to identify and communicate technical relationships in a comprehensible manner, distinguish you. In previous projects, you have not only contributed, you have taken responsibility and actively promoted results. Thanks to your pronounced moderation capability and your solution-oriented approach, you are also going to be confident with challenging situations. Ideally, you have good knowledge of common UX design tools such as Figma and Miro.

Salary: We offer you a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive Christmas and holiday money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: You have the choice of different home office models, depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you get a unique home office tray of 800 € brutto.
