You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the People Operations Team with currently 17 employees at various locations in Germany Together with your team, you are responsible for the entire operational Employee Lifecycle of our employees from entry to exit In addition, your team will ensure high service quality and reliable operational performance in the People Operations area One focus of the task is the optimization, digitization and automation of existing processes in the sense of an operational excellence.
