Creation of internal functional and configuration documentation

Completed training (MTA, MTLA) or a successfully completed study in healthcare

At least 3 years of professional experience in direct laboratory environment

Very good knowledge of processes and processes in the clinical laboratory

Good knowledge of laboratory information systems ideally Opus::L

Experience in the planning and implementation of training

A strong service and customer orientation as well as high quality awareness

Self-confident appearance towards customers and colleagues

Good knowledge of German and strong communication skills
