Category Vision Manager (m/f/d)

Design and manage the successful implementation of local category growth strategies with important retail and veterinary customers in cross-functional cooperation. You enable data-based decision-making by translating valuable insights into convincing, implementable recommendations for stakeholders at different levels. You take the lead in the identification of strategic growth opportunities, which are in line with the strategic objectives of the organization and with the needs of our customers. You create added value by networking global business areas and functions, using existing assets optimally and developing new scalable value offerings that enable so-called triple wins (advantages for customers, end users and the Animal Health sector). You contribute actively to the continuous development of commercial eccentric practices.

Completed study or comparable qualification, ideally with further completion (e.g. Master) Long-standing experience in the FMCG/consumer goods industry in the fields of category management, sales and customer/shopper/trade marketing. Experience in building successful category vision strategies and customer-related marketing initiatives from scratch and in their implementation across several markets. Embossed commercial understanding combined with analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity and creative problem solving skills. Detectional successes in implementing effective changes, in particular in handling global customers. Agiles Mindset as well as the ability to move safely in a complex and ambiguous matrix environment. Representative team, cooperation and communication skills.
