Your new job as Bio Operator (gn): For our customers, a well-known and researched pharmaceutical company in Biberach an der Riß, we are looking for a bio operator (gn) in full time as part of the employee handover.

Your tasks as Bio Operator (gn):

• In your new function, you will serve machines and equipment for sterile and cell culture technology on a large scale
• You enter and service bioreactors (incorporation and removal of filters, implementation of cell transfers, process monitoring, implementation of media transfers) while maintaining product quality criteria and compliance with all EHS guidelines
• You carry out various filtrations and the production of biopharmaceutical active substances under cGMP guidelines and keep the GMP-compliant documentation of the manufacturing process
• Furthermore, cleaning and sterilization of the equipment required for the process is one of your new tasks
• You are responsible for carrying out the activities within the team and adjacent production units
• Thanks to your existing knowledge, you can easily use DV systems (e.g. MES, PLS, Labware, etc.)

That's what you bring with you:

• Completed training as a bioskilled worker (gn), production specialist (gn) for biotechnology / chemistry, pharmaceutical (gn), chemical (gn) or related directions in large-scale productions or natural science training or a comparable qualification, for example Brauer (gn), Mälzer(gn) or Dairy specialist (gn) / Dairy specialist (gn), baker (gn), specialist for fruit juice technology (gn), mechatronics with several years of professional experience ideally in the GMP environment
• Good work organization and ability to process complex work content in a targeted manner as well as a craftsmanship and understanding of hygienic work
• Good PC knowledge in all popular MS Office applications
• Team player, above-average commitment, flexibility
• Willingness to 2 shifts including alternating weekend work and holiday work
• as well as flexible inserts to a night shift is a prerequisite.
