We realize exciting projects with our renowned customer Airbus Operations and look for one/n at the next time motivated staff for the position as "Quality Conformance" Manager (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Central contact at national and international level between quality assurance, production and Multi-Functional Teams
• cooperation in national and international improvement and prevention projects to improve quality processes, Product and aircraft quality and customer satisfaction
• Creation of concepts and quality guidelines Process optimization
• planning and implementation of continuous improvements and Prevention measures, including decision making
• analysis of extensive quality problems and customer complaints and definition of emergency measures and Monitoring effectiveness
• Supporting the qualification and authorization procedure for the Staff
• Quality control and reporting (definition, evaluation, Interpretation and optimization)
• Definition and control of Work Packages incl. Monitoring
• Work and management of internal improvement projects
• Close cooperation with the production areas and interface between production and quality department

Your profile:

• Complete degree in engineering, Economic engineering or a comparable qualification
• Over two years of professional experience in aircraft construction, air and Space, Quality Management and Quality Assurance
• Good knowledge of project management and total quality management (problem solving methods)
• First knowledge in handling SAP
• German language skills
• Speaking English
