Material disposition: Own-responsibility determination and continuous monitoring of stocks to ensure availability

Optimization of purchasing processes: Analysis and further development of existing procurement procedures to increase efficiency

Supplier Management: Communication with suppliers to comply with quality standards, delivery dates and pricing

Order processing: creation and tracking of orders and monitoring of the supply chain

Reporting: Creating meaningful statistics and evaluations to support purchasing management

Successfully completed commercial training or studies in the area of purchasing, logistics or business

First professional experience in material disposition, purchasing department or procurement of advantage

German and English knowledge in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Excel and sound knowledge in ERP systems

High level of analytical thinking, reliability and independent working
