Your duties

• Leading and developing your cleaning teams including deployment planning, motivation and employee talks
• Operating control of your objects and ensuring the contractually agreed services
• Quality controls and documentation to secure our high cleaning standards
• Budget responsibility and economic management of your objects
• Direct contact for our customers and expanding long-term business relationships
• Processing of customer requests and complaints including sustainable solution finding
• Identification of additional service potentials in your objects

This will inspire us

• Multiannual experience as an object manager in building cleaning or in facility management
• Experience in leading larger cleaning teams
• Ideally training in building cleaning or further training to the object manager / specialist
• Entrepreneurial thinking, organisational strength and sense of responsibility
• Good basic knowledge and safe use of MS Office
• Car guide ticket
• Customer-oriented appearance, decision-making strength and pragmatism
