Head of New Hospital Construction (m/f/d)

Acquisition of the overall coordination of new clinics and responsible for managing the project in close cooperation with the hospital management, planning offices, authorities and other project participants Project management and project management for the new building of the clinic as a representative of the client Construction, development and management of the project organization Creation, maintenance and updating of the project guide Preparation, organisation, moderation and follow-up of steering circles, committee meetings, project meetings and construction sessions Creation of decision-making templates, status reports and presentations for management, supervisory bodies and municipal bodies Management of communication with project participants, employees, policy-makers and the public Date, cost, quality and risk controlling over all project phases Coordination and control of external architects, specialist planners, project controllers and experts Participation in the preparation and implementation of procurement procedures by VgV and accompanying the contract execution Ensure compliance with the requirements of HOAI and relevant technical and legal regulations optional takeover of the project management of further construction measures at the Klinikcampus

You have successfully completed university studies in architecture, civil engineering or business administration (Diplom or Master) You have several years of professional experience in the management of complex building projects, preferably in hospital or public buildings You have a well-founded knowledge of HOAI as well as experience with procurement procedures by VgV and ideally the GWB and the UVgO You have experience in building contractor representation or project management of demanding construction projects You are safe in handling cost, appointment and quality management You bring significant organisational, communication and moderation skills Treatable occurrence vis-à-vis planning offices, authorities, political bodies and executives are among your strengths You work independently, structured and solution-oriented with a high level of responsibility
