In this function, you take on key technical and coordinating tasks in building and systematically developing and maintaining our Business Continuity Management (BCM). You build a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) for the BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH in coordination with the staff office management. You coordinate and control the BCM life cycle and support the areas of expertise in its implementation. You continuously develop the organization-wide Business Continuity Management System and ensure its care and topicality. You design and carry out target-group-specific training and awareness measures to anchor the BCM in the company. You plan, organize and accompany emergency exercises and are responsible for their structured evaluation and preparation. You analyze and document emergencies, disturbances and events and conduct appropriate improvement measures. You actively work in relevant associations and specialist bodies and introduce current developments into the organization. You participate in internal and external audits and assist in implementing the resulting measures.
