We would like to train for our railway infrastructure company, for use on our headquarters in Kaltenkirchen, driving service manager / train manager (m/w/d). The training is ideally planned in III. Quarter 2026 begins.

Your core tasks: Safe implementation and monitoring of the driving operation in the control and fault operation on the railway infrastructure of AKN Bahn GmbH according to DB guidelines 408 and 436 Operation and monitoring of the Electronic Control Unit (ESTW from Siemens) at Kaltenkirchen Documentation of the driving operation in the event of a malfunction, transmission of information to the railway undertakings and implementation of short-term dispositions of the train services in consultation with the railway undertakings concerned Exercise of the tasks of the Accident Detection Centre as emergency control center operator Operation of the control room for technical systems of the AKN and coordination and control of the necessary measures in technical fault management

Completed training as a railway worker/railer in the service – train control (EiB ZVS) or direction of travel (EiB F) or direction of locomotive and transport (EiB L/T) with the readiness to continue internal qualification Impressed safety awareness and careful and reliable operation Willingness to shift and change service as well as work on Sundays and holidays German knowledge of native language or at least level C1 Occupational health and occupational psychology Sovereign dealing with challenging and challenging situations as well as the ability to keep track of conflict and exceptional situations Clear and value-adding communication as well as team spirit and a cooperative way of working
