Consultant Transaction Advisory Services (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to strengthen our Transaction Advisory Services team at the Bonn site! As part of our over 120 collaborators of strong and interdisciplinary Transaction Advisory Services team, you will conduct versatile Financial Due Diligence exams in the team. You will also participate in business transactions and start financial models. You will also participate in due diligence reports as well as market and competitive analyses. From the outset, you will get to know challenging consulting projects in different industries, including in an international context, and together with other team members will look for solutions for our well-known clients (private equity companies, family offices, and various medium-sized companies in Germany and abroad).

You have successfully completed your economic studies and had fun in specialized subjects such as accounting, auditing, controlling, investment accounting and/or finance. In addition to knowledge in HGB and IFRS, you bring application-proof MS Office skills (in particular Excel, PowerPoint) as well as very good German and English skills. Ideally, you have been able to gain first practical experience in the form of internships or work-studierende activities and are you going to start working life?
