We realize exciting projects with our renowned customer Airbus Helicopters and are looking for one/n at the next time motivated staff for the position as "Garantie Officer" (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Analysis of the warranty claims of the customers, commercial and technical claim of the German fleet (civil and military) to evaluate and create cost proposals
• Processing and monitoring of warranty claims "end to end", in SAP and SAP SUN system
• Monitoring the global key performance indicators & Performance (including financial performance on Programme level
• Strict tracking of all costs incurred in the warranty process
• Coordination and cooperation with internal suppliers and customers
• Participation in meetings and projects for development and Improvement of processes/waste numbers
• Reports of findings and related cost estimates check our suppliers/repair companies and, if necessary, by to negotiate direct contact with them
• Support for strategic purchasing in the Contract negotiation phases to improve the warranty conditions

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of aerospace, international management, supply chain, economics or a comparable qualification

or

• Complete professional training with completed, qualified training e.g. for master or Technicians and related subject-specific additional qualification (e.g. to the specialist)
• Over two years of professional experience in purchasing, logistics, Project Management and Aerospace
• Basic technical understanding
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Knowledge of Google Suite
• German and English skills
• French knowledge is of great advantage
