What you do with us: As a project manager, you can independently control the planning and implementation of new and rebuilding measures in the Southwest region. You assemble a team of external architects, specialist planners and construction service providers and take over the technical control. You not only prepare for the award negotiations, but also conduct them independently. In your projects, you take the construction site monitoring, carry out the acceptance and are responsible for quality and cost control. In addition, you represent the interests of the PENNY sales line to planners, authorities and exporting companies.

What convinces us: You have a successfully completed technical study or comparable training/qualification and are interested in sustainable building and operation of commercial properties. You have several years of industry-specific professional experience in the construction or the planning and realization of construction projects, ideally in trade. You are safe to use the current MS Office programs, especially MS Excel. Ideally, you have first user knowledge in MS Project, SAP and/or AVA programs. You have a valid class B license. You are characterized by independent, self-responsible work, enforcing ability and team skills as well as by pronounced negotiation skills.
