You have successfully completed a pedagogical study, for example as a pedagogue, social educationin, social workerin or educationalist*in. You accompany and promote students in the development of social skills. You address challenges in a solution-oriented manner and use different methods to overcome learning obstacles. You like to work independently, but also appreciate the professional exchange in the team. You want to work in an environment that develops and contributes something to it yourself.

You take part in the conceptual further development of the school-social pedagogical work. Hospitations and accompaniment of the students in teaching are part of your work. Students promote you in the areas of concentration, perception, impulse control, feelings and language and learning. In targeted project work, you strengthen competences of children and young people in small groups. Families accompany you socially pedagogically and support you in individual questions. The cooperation with parents, teachers, educators, social workers and the coordination with the Youth Office is part of your daily work. You organize and accompany help processes, including in the context of help conferences.
