ADAC IT Service GmbH is the central IT service provider for all IT services within ADAC and plays a key role in the further success of ADAC and the technical modernization of ADAC performance portfolio. You work with over 250 IT specialists in an attractive working environment with state-of-the-art technologies to further develop the digitalization of ADAC. Be part of the central IT service provider of the entire ADAC. You take over the further development and operation of the SAP HCM modules personnel billing (PY) and time management (PT). The analysis, design and implementation of demanding requirements in the area of pay billing and time management are part of your task. You develop custom solutions with ABAP and HCM-specific technologies. The support and optimization of schemes, rules, wage types, PCRs and functions is your responsibility. In addition, you support the implementation of legal changes in the SAP system and analyze it as well as correct errors in the area of payroll and time management. Tests and quality assurance measures are carried out independently and ensure continuous optimisation of the system landscape. As a contact person for the HR areas, you advise on processes and system optimizations. In addition, you control external service providers and support the operational operation.

You have a successfully completed study or a comparable qualification in the IT or HR environment. Multiannual experience with SAP HCM, in particular in personnel billing and/or time management, distinguishes you. You have very good knowledge of the SAP HCM modules PY and PT as well as practical experience with schemes, rules, info types, time assessment and billing. You bring good ABAP knowledge and experience with customer-owned extensions. In addition, you have a good understanding of tariff, operational and legal requirements. Ideally, you have already gained experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, HCM interfaces and integration scenarios as well as complex corporate or corporate structures. An analytical, structured and solution-oriented manner completes your profile.
