You are responsible for the planning, tendering, awarding and monitoring of plant engineering according to the performance phases 1 to 9 HOAI. This includes the following tasks: You take over the management of projects and develop construction measures from pre-planning to acceptance. In doing so, you analyze the safety risks on the construction sites, participate in the award and accompany the commissioning of the plants You are also responsible for cost tracking and budget monitoring as well as for ensuring compliance You support the pre-planning of measures, the planning of measures and economic planning, and the implementation of technical calculations, feasibility studies and cost-effectiveness calculations.

You bring a completed university degree in the field of mechanical engineering, urban water management or process engineering or have a comparable completed university degree You already have professional experience in the field of project management and/or control of construction projects or projects. Knowledge of planning and implementation of projects, ideally in the settlement water industry. At best, knowledge is available in all phases of HOAI's performance for technical equipment such as pre-planning, approval and execution planning, production of contract documents and construction and project management until commissioning, or you are willing to develop this knowledge in a development period. You bring knowledge in project management and optimally have application knowledge in SAP and Nevaris Knowledge of the applicable DIN standards, laws and regulations of building, procurement, environmental and planning law are advantageous You are characterized by their analytical way of thinking as well as your communication and organization skills and bringing about enforcement and decision-making Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level B2 You are owned by the rating class B

Flexible working time regulation Employment in accordance with the collective agreement of utilities (TV-V) with remuneration in accordance with group 11 (incl. 13th monthly salary).
