Controller / Accountant / Financial Accountant for Photovoltaic Trading (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated employee controlling & accounting (m/w/d), which not only processes them cleanly, but also actively thinks, recognizes economic relationships and critically examines our internal processes for efficiency and profitability.

Your tasks:

• Continuous accounting:** They support ongoing financial accounting and ensure a clean, structured and comprehensible recording of all business incidents.
• Input and output audit: You control invoices, documents, payments and booking procedures for accuracy, completeness and economic plausibility.
• Economic review: They examine our processes, cost structures and expenditures with a view to cost-effectiveness and show potential for improvement.
• Order and margin check: You evaluate incoming orders and orders regarding margin, cost, shipping, fees and total profitability.
• Controlling and key figures: They create evaluations, reports and business analysis on sales, costs, cover contributions, gross profit and other relevant key figures.
• Evaluation of employee efficiency and effectiveness: They analyze productivity-relevant key figures and help to better evaluate workflows and resource use.
• Month and annual accounts: They are involved in monthly accounts, annual preparation and preparation of relevant documents.
• Determination and control: They monitor accounts, coordinate open positions and assist in the audit of balance sheet and GuV positions.
• Process optimization: They help to make commercial processes safer, more efficient and transparent and establish appropriate control mechanisms.
• Cooperation with management: They work closely with the owners, prepare decision bases and actively support commercial issues.

Your profile:

• Number affinity: You have a very good feeling for numbers, recognize vulnerabilities quickly and work accurately, carefully and structured.
• Occupational experience: They ideally have experience in accounting, accounting, controlling or in a comparable commercial position.
