IT operation: You support the smooth operation of the “Security & Network Services” and work proactively on the design of the associated service processes. Requirement management: You analyse and prioritize requirements in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders using the IT roadmap. You are responsible for the achievement of goals, timeliness and ensuring the feasibility of IT requirements. Stakeholder Management: You are the interface between infrastructure, IT operations, specialist departments and service providers. Team leadership: You are responsible for the technical management of IT teams from IT architects, product owners and other IT experts. Control: You opt for the interface between ZITiS and external service providers. Administration: You control, support and optimise operating processes for cost and capacity planning. IT security: You continuously ensure the feasibility of the basic BSI protection.

completed scientific studies (Master/Diplom univ.) in the field of computer science, information technology, business informatics or a comparable scientific or technical field, or completed studies (Bachelor/Diplom FH or an equivalent state vocational academy) in the field of computer science, information technology, business informatics or a comparable scientific or technical discipline and at least 4 years, proven experience of equivalent skills (other employees) or officials in the high-end technical service (Bund), who have a completed scientific study (Master/Diplom univ.).
