Product & Process Operations Manager (w/m/d)* is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and technical scaling of Freshservice and Freshdesk. You implement API connections (REST) and design modern frontends using HTML, CSS and Liquid. As a central contact person, you will provide advice on the transfer of your processes to Freshservice. You are responsible for process mapping, design intuitive service catalog elements and translate professional requirements into automated, efficient workflows. You bring well-founded knowledge in Javascript as well as HTML5 and modern CSS standards.
