You are responsible for the economic development of the service office and successfully implement ambitious growth strategies With motivating leadership style, you guide an interdisciplinary team and actively promote its professional and personal development In addition, you build sustainable customer relationships, recognize market potential at an early stage and develop new business areas Digitization uses you specifically as a driver, optimize processes, shape the digital transformation and increase efficiency and quality Thanks to your strategic vision, you position the service office as an innovative and reliable partner in the area of distribution networks

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further training (e.g. master, technician, farmer) Multiannual professional experience in the service, customer or business environment, preferably in the energy or network economy Knowledge of processes in the distribution network as well as relevant legal and regulatory frameworks Experience in the leadership of employees Secure handling of IT systems (ERP, CRM, order and document management systems) Economic sense of responsibility, communication strength and resilience
